Fees and Payment
The fee is $120 per session for regular sessions, $150 for extended sessions and $150 for all evaluation/intake sessions only. Brief 30 minute sessions are $60. Full payment is made at the time of your session. Sessions not canceled with at least 24 hours advance notice are charged to the client's account at full fee. I accept cash, personal check, and credit card including Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover in the office. Please make your check out to Gayle Gonzalez-Johnson.

You may be able to receive reimbursement for some of your therapy cost through your health insurance coverage. For assistance with health insurance matters, my medical biller Elizabeth Blatt is available to help determine your coverage, file insurance claims, and advocate on your behalf with your insurance company. Please feel free to contact Elizabeth by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. At no extra cost to you, following your session I will have Elizabeth file your health insurance claim on your behalf. If you prefer to file your own insurance, I'm happy to provide you with the information you'll need to submit your own claims. For clients covered through Medicare, as I am a qualified Medicare provider my office is required to file your claim for you.
For clients without current health insurance coverage who are experiencing financial hardship, the fee may be negotiable. Please contact me directly about this when scheduling your initial session.
