Fees and Payment
Session Fees
The fee is $130 per session for regular sessions (55 minutes) and $160 for extended sessions (75 minutes). Brief 30 minute sessions are $75. Full payment is made at the time of your session. Sessions not canceled with at least 24 hours advance notice are charged to the client's account at full fee. I accept cash, personal check, and credit card including Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Please make your check payable to Gayle Gonzalez-Johnson.
Evaluation/Intake
$160 For all initial sessions, individual or couple (75 minutes).
Regular Session
$130 For ongoing individual sessions (55 minutes).
Extended Session
$160 For ongoing couples sessions (75 minutes).
Brief Session
$75 For all brief sessions (30 minutes).
Online Payments

Health Insurance
You may be able to receive reimbursement for some of your therapy cost through your health insurance coverage. For assistance with health insurance matters, my medical biller Liana DiBerto is available to help determine your coverage, file insurance claims, and advocate on your behalf with your insurance company. Please feel free to contact Liana by email at apex.billing.service@gmail.com. At no extra cost to you, following your session I will have Liana file your health insurance claim on your behalf. If you prefer to file your own insurance, I'm happy to provide you with the information you'll need to submit your own claims. For clients covered through Medicare, as I am a qualified Medicare provider my office is required to file your claim for you.
For clients without current health insurance coverage who are experiencing financial hardship, the fee may be negotiable. Please contact me directly about this when scheduling your initial session.
